Overview
Hospitality Enviro Tech oil content analyzer with fast, accurate measurement to measure the concentration of oil contained in drainage and environmental water. After injecting the water sample and solvent, all you have to do is press the start button, and the system will automatically conduct the monitoring operation from oil extraction to sample measurement and draining. With no more troublesome operations like opening/closing the drainage valve, monitoring is speeded up. In addition, the color graphic LCD and the backlit extraction tank have improved operability.
Features
- Quick and easy measurement in approximately 3 minutes
Measurements can be made easily and quickly by simply pressing the start button. Compared to the n-hexane method, measurement times can be significantly reduced. Excluding time for activities such as warming, calibration, and rinsing - Capable of measuring low-boiling point oil components
The n-hexane method requires the evaporation of the oil extraction solvent, which leads to the volatilization of low-boiling point oils (such as gasoline). The oil content analyzer eliminates the need for an evaporation process, allowing for the prevention of volatilization in low-boiling point oil components. - Oil content can be displayed as a concentration (value)
Unlike the n-hexane method, which calculates concentration by measuring the weight of oil content, oil content analyzer can directly display oil concentration. Please contact us for inquiries regarding the types of oil that can be detected. - Environmental-friendly, safe, and cost-effective oil extraction solvents are in use
The oil content analyzer uses solvent H-519 for oil extraction, while the oil content analyzer uses solvent S-316. Both H-519 and S-316 are not regulated under the Montreal Protocol (Ozone Layer Protection Act) and the PRTR system (Act on the Evaluation of Chemical Substances and Regulation of Their Manufacture, etc. (CSCL)). Furthermore, compared to the traditional solvent H-997, solvent H-519 has achieved similar regeneration efficiency to solvent S-316, allowing for a reduction in running costs.
