Overview
It is used to monitor the insulation resistance between DC floating system (0 ~ 1 000 Vd.c.) or AC floating system (0 ~ 750 Va.c.) and ground in real time; It can monitor the insulation faults between equipment enclosure and ground, or high voltage point and enclosure, etc.
In DC system, the insulation resistance of high-voltage positive and negative to ground can be independently measured. In electric vehicle applications, the insulation resistance of power battery DC system to ground can also be reliably measured under strong interference or complex driving conditions, such as acceleration/deceleration, braking, and energy recovery, etc.
In AC system, it can suppress the interference of high-frequency harmonics and accurately measure the insulation resistance to ground of the entire AC system.
Features:
- DC system: Monitor the insulation status of 0 ~ 1 000 Vd.c. DC floating system to ground1, and accurately measure the DC voltage
- AC system: Monitor the insulation status of 0 ~ 750 Va.c. AC floating system to ground. Unable to select lines (i.e. do not distinguish the specific phase of line insulation fault), and unable to measure AC voltage
- Passive equipment: Monitor the insulation status between equipment and enclosure or equipment and ground
- When the Bus voltage is 0, the insulation resistance between system under test and ground can still be reliably measured
- Measurement range: 0 ~ 50 MΩ, the default output is 50 MΩ when it exceeds 50 MΩ
- Adaptive system Y-capacitance CY (CY ≤ 4uF)
- Communication with CAN Bus Interface
- Built-in high-voltage relay, which can disconnect the physical connection between DC+/DC- of IMD and the system under test
- Class B voltage (high-voltage side) is isolated from Class A voltage (low-voltage side) withstands a voltage of 3 500 Vd.c. or 2 500 Va.c. (rms)
