Overview

Hospitality Enviro Tech high precision DC/ACfloating system insulation monitor is used to monitor the insulation resistance of 0 Vdc to 1000 Vdc. DC floating system and 0 Vac to 750 Vac. AC floating system to ground in real time; measure the insulation fault of equipment shell to ground, high voltage to shell, etc. In the DC system, the insulation resistance of the positive pole and the negative pole of the DC system to the ground can be independently measured. In specific electric vehicle applications, insulation resistance can also be reliably monitored under strong interference or complex driving conditions, such as acceleration/deceleration, braking, and energy recovery. In the AC system, it can suppress the interference of voltage high-frequency harmonics and accurately measure the insulation resistance of the entire AC system to ground.

  • DC system: monitor the ground insulation status of 0 Vdc to 1000Vdc. DC floating system, and accurately measure the DC voltage  
  • AC system: Monitor the ground insulation status of the entire system of the 0 Vac to 750 Vac. AC floating system, cannot select the line (that is, does not distinguish which phase of the line is faulty), and cannot measure the AC voltage  
  • Passive equipment: monitor the insulation status between the equipment and the shell or between the equipment and the ground  
  • When the bus voltage is 0, the insulation resistance of the system to ground can still be reliably monitored  
  • Measuring range: 0 to 50 MΩ, when it exceeds 50 MΩ, the default output is 50 MΩ 
  • Automatic adaptation system Y capacitor CY (CY≤4 μF)  
  • Communication using CAN bus interface  
  • Built-in high-voltage relay, which can disconnect the physical connection between the insulation monitor terminal (DC+/DC-) and the system under test  
  • Class B voltage [1] (high voltage side) is isolated from class A voltage (low voltage side) withstanding voltage 3500 Vdc. / 2500 Vac.(rms)
