Overview

Static Load Tester is an intelligent static load test equipment with high degree of automation, which can easily cope with various test environments; the host can remotely control the CNC box wirelessly. Users can remotely control the host through the mirror images of their laptop for remote operation. It adopts a guided operation design, and the software is embedded in various test methods and standards at home and abroad, And the test method can be customized as needed, which is simple for operation, safe and reliable.

Features

• The host is equipped with industrial 8.4-inch capacitive touch screen, with soft touch, smooth and accurate operation, and adapt to the strong light environment;
• The host machine and the  CNC box can be connected wirelessly, or by wired mode, and the effective distance of the wireless connection is more than 1km;
• E + intelligent control, can be remotely controlled through the mobile phone APP host;
• The field test can be built into the pressure sensor in the oil pump cavity, can be placed at the jack, can also be used for single-load sensor, multi-load sensor method for pressure test (load sensor needs to be configured separately);
• The oil output rate of the oil pump can be adjusted by the main engine to realize the accurate control of one oil pump to complete the tonnage test of different sizes;
• Equipped with wireless displacement sensor, can also be selected with a wire displacement sensor for test, displacement sensor has high accuracy, light, waterproof, with display screen, absolute displacement and other advantages;
• The wireless displacement sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption (uninterrupted working time of more than 15 days), external charger, power displacement data loss, communication distance with the data box is not less than 50m, and can display power, networking status, displacement value and other information; 8.
