Overview
Hospitality Enviro Tech High-Precision Digital Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with A/B Scan Display is a handheld device designed for highly accurate thickness measurement. It adopts the principle of ultrasonic thickness measurement based on pulse reflection, making it suitable for determining the thickness of materials that allow ultrasonic waves to propagate consistently and reflect from the back surface. This product offers a measurement resolution as fine as 0.001 mm and can measure materials as thin as 0.15 mm (steel). This device can precisely measure plates, processed parts, and also monitor the thinning of pipes and pressure vessels in production equipment caused by corrosion. It is widely applicable across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace, and energy. The product complies with the Calibration Specification for ultrasonic thickness gauges (JJF 1126-2004), ensuring reliable performance.
